Abstract

Cianjur regency is an area that has the potential to develop the regional economy through creative industries-based entrepreneurship. Cianjur is supported by many vocational schools (SMK) with relevant expertise fields to develop regional potential through entrepreneurship. Based on this, it is very important to develop entrepreneurship interest in SMK students in Cianjur by identifying factors that influence student entrepreneur interest. Factors of entrepreneur interest identified in this research are self efficacy and income expectation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of self efficacy and income expectation on student entrepreneurship interest of SMK (Al-Madina, Cianjur). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to students of SMK Al-Madina Cianjur and using PLS-SEM model in testing. The results showed that the relationship of self efficacy variable to entrepreneurship interest was significant with T-statistics of 2,996 (> 1,96), and the relationship of income expectation variable to entrepreneur interest was significant with T-statistic 4,121 (> 1,96). R-Square value of this research model is 0.228 which shows that there are still other variables that will explain student entrepreneur interest in Cianjur.Keywords: Self efficacy; income expectations; entrepreneurial interest; PLS-SEM

Abstract

Abstract— The success of a college is influenced by various factors, both internal and external factors of the organization. Faculty of Engineering Suryakancana University is one of the many universities that manage higher education that must be able to survive from various challenges, obstacles and competition with other university institutions. This study aims to formulate the right strategy for Faculty of Engineering Universitas Suryakancana able to compete with the existing universities in Cianjur and in the West Java Province. The method used in this research is by combining several methods among others Balanced Scorecard, Sun-Tzu, Quality Function Deployment, and SWOT Analysis. Based on the result of research there are several formulation of strategy that must be implemented by Faculty of Engineering Suryakancana University, among others the implementation of quality assurance system, improvement of lecturer's resources, strict student selection, sharpening of vision and mission of college, and implementation of internal supervision system.Keywords: SWOT analysis, BSC, QFD, Sun-Tzu Strategy, Strategy Formulation

Abstract

Abstract— PT. Eastern Modern Apparel is engaged in garment production. The company has experienced financial constraints. This is marked by the dismissal of some employees. Research is done to determine the prediction of bankruptcy of the company. Methodology that has been done in this research are conducting interviews with the company, field study, financial data retrieval. The step is done to meet the data needs in the next step. The next step is data processing using Altman Z-Score method. Processing consists of X1 = Working Capital Ratio against Total Assets, X2 = Retained Earnings Ratio against Total Assets, X3 = EBIT Ratio against Total Assets, X4 = Market Equity Value Threshold on Book Value of Debt. X5 = Sales to Total Assets. Processed data is in the period 2014, 2015, and 2016. The process produces Z-Score value for each period. Z-Score calculation results in the period 2014 = 3.91, 2015 = 3.19, and 2016 = 2.83. While the limits of healthy company according to calculations Almant Z-Score of> 2.675. Then the results of Altman Z-Score calculations on the company is said to be healthy, because the results exceed the limits of the healthy category. Abstract

Abstract – Textile industry is one of the waste contamination industries that can pollute the environment, so that the rapid development of textile industry must be followed by the improvement of its sewage treatment system. Along with the global issue of Green Manufacturing, the textile industry waste treatment can promote environmentally friendly waste treatment process and derived from renewable substances. Therefore, it is necessary to study the utilization of rice husk silica in the processing of textile waste. The results of the study provide information that textile wastes come from all processes in the textile industry, from pretreatment to finishing. Rice husk ash silica is a material utilized adsorption of textile waste or mixture of PolyVinylChloride (PVC) membrane material to filter textile waste. The characteristics of rice husk silica are influenced by the extraction method. The initial washing process using acid and then combustion at 600 ° C - 750 ° C produces a relatively high purity of silica with a maintained silica amorphous level.Keywords: Rice Husk Silica, Textile Waste, Textile Waste Processing, Silica Characteristic

Abstract

P.T. Arwina Triguna Sejahtera is a company engaged in the production of molding. Common issues in each company include P.T. Arwina Triguna Sejahtera, is experiencing constraints in planning the production amount according to production capacity. So planned to be created master production schedule so that the cost is not too high. Steps that are done is to start by doing data processing of the past by using demand aggregation, then do the forecasting in accordance with the characteristics of demand. Aggregate procurement planning is carried out for the next 1 (years) period using a permanent employment strategy. Then proceed at the disaggregation stage by using the proportion method, calculating the Master Production Schedule to find out how much quantity of product to produce, and when to start the production. Finally perform the calculation of Rought Cut Capacity Planning to know the balance between the available capacity and the required capacity. Production master schedule obtained, production will be smooth and able to meet the actual demand of 20,000 pcs by adding overtime hours and produce end items as much as 2.368 pcs for deabetamil scoop products, while for featherlock brown plastic products actual demand can be fulfilled. The feasibility of the master production schedule is calculated based on the suitability between Regular Man Hour on production plans, with the amount of time available in the calculated capacity capacity of 17,1360 hours to meet the demand for this year. Abstract

Abstract - Fire protection systems are basically consist of active fire protections which need energy (energized system), passive fire protection named as Built-in system, and Fire Safety Management (FSM), which is known as Human system. This thesis investigated the FSM aspect, since from many fire incidences, the main problems are often caused by less attention in applying this aspects. The research was focused on Grand Slipi Tower building, Jakarta where research variables comprises the influences of Human Systems, Equipment Systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) either partially or simultaneously. To resolve this issues, a questionnaire was designed in respectively 15 questions for each variable. The questionnaire was distributed randomly to 55 respondents of 122 staff personels of Grand Slipi Tower. The responds of questionnaires resulted in scores for all variables that have been studied. To show the significance results of the simple regression, t-test was conducted and for multiple regression, F-test was conducted. The final results shows that Human System, Equipment System and SOP, either simultaneously or partially, affecting the compliances of fire protection codes and technical standards of the Grand Slipi Tower building with 99% data accuracy. The effect of Human System partially, in percent was 71,3%.  The effect of Equipment System partially, in percent was 64.8%. The SOP effect in percent was 48.5%. While the effects of Human System, Equipment System and SOP simultaneously to the compliance of Fire regulations, codes and standards of the Grand Slipi Tower building in percent was 83.1%Keywords : Human System, Equipment System, SOP, fire protection regulations, codes and standards

Abstract

Abstract— CV.Cipendawa is a shoe company, which was established in 2005. The brand of goods produced is Allstar shoes, which become main products. Problems that occur in the process of shoe production Allstar is a waste in the form of idle time (idle time). Waste in the form (idle time) occurs because the company does not pay attention to the existence of alternative Allstar shoe assembly making the engine scheduling less good. This research is done by using lean manufacturing and machine scheduling, in lean manufacturing concept in using the operation of process chart (OPC) and value stream mapping (VSM) to describe the value in production process which includes material and information flow. While the machine scheduling is used to reschedule the production process of Allstar shoes so it is expected to reduce waste. The purpose of this research is to minimize the time of completion of production by paying attention to the assembly alternatives on the production floor. The results of this study indicate that with the scheduling of machines that pay attention to the order of prakitan get the completion time of production of 718 seconds and the waiting time of 114 seconds.dan on making a single shoe score add value of 7102 seconds Keyword : value stream mapping and Scheduling machine.

Abstract

Abstract— Bridges as one of the infrastructure that plays a role in supporting ground transportation, during it service will experience a decrease in conditions caused by the influence of traffic loads, weather effects, environmental influences or other influences. To eliminate the interference required maintenance. A building maintenance including a bridge is preceded by a condition checking activity, and subsequent assessment of conditions. During this examination and assessment of the condition of the bridge refers to the method of inspection and assessment of the conditions set in Bridge Management System (BMS) 1993. There are still weaknesses in the assessment of conditions with Bina Marga BMS caused by the absence of methods of assessing the condition of prestressed concrete bridges. This research is a development of BMS condition assessment, to be used as an assessment of prestressed concrete bridge condition. The object of this research is focused on prestressed precast concrete bridge, namely Kiaracondong Bridge (Bandung) and Cimindi bridge (Cimahi) West Java. The method of assessing the condition undertaken is the examination of damage to the bridge components (physical indicator) through visual inspection, not equipped with destructive and non destructive testing (advanced stage of inspection). Assessment of the conditions developed is the assessment of conditions on the security aspects of the structure and aspects of traffic convenience, where the structure security aspect is the multiplication of the condition of the main part of the building over the bridge. After doing research it can be seen that Cimindi bridge condition value is 3,5-4,25 (need monitoring) and Kiaracondong bridge (very good). The deficiency in the method of assessing the condition in this study is that the assessment of the condition of the bridge is done visually only, so it can not predict the damage to the prestressed concrete components inside. Further examination is required after examination and assessment of this condition is done especially when it is found suspicious things.Keywords: Bridge Management System; Assessment of bridge condition; Prestressed Concrete

Gas is a contributing factor in various industrial and household activities. PT Anugrah Ditamas Lestari is one of the 3kg lpg gas agent that was established since 2008. The problem that happened in PT Anugrah Ditamas Lestari is that lpg gas sales will be hampered and can not be done in a timely manner will eventually cause loss. Forecasting Linear Regression starts from January 2015 to December 2016, while the DRP (distribution requirement planning) applied in research in gas agents is to know the needs for each base it can be known from the value of gross requirement. the need for a hilman base in 2016 is 63728 tubes / year, Asep.R 58898 tubes / year, Dedin 59961 tubes / year, Didin 58524 tubes / year, muhyidin 8771 tubes / year, suherman 77919 tubes / year, Haris 60108 tubes / year , Ujang 62964 tube / year, Irfan 54095 tube / year while for the maman base of 56826 tubes / year. As for knowing the needs and determining the delivery of lpg gas to each base can be seen from the calculation of pland order release, for the Hilman base it needs a gas supply of 63700 tubes / year, while for Dedin 58900 tubes / year, Didin 59800 tubes / year, muhyidin 8700 tubes / year, suherman 77800 tubes / year, Haris 59900 tubes / year, Ujang 62500 tubes / year Irfan 53600 tube / year, while for the maman base needs lpg gas supply of 56800 tubes / year calculation of DRP needs lpg gas most is suherman base as much as 77800 tubes / year.Keywords: linear regression forecasting, DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) gross requitment and Plannd order release
